Email Us to Open a Case

You may open a case with our team via email at success@miami.edu. A success advocate will get back to you within 24 hours during the work week. Please allow for 48 hours if you email over the weekend.

Schedule a Virtual Appointment

You may schedule an appointment with a success advocate via Navigate, following the steps below:

  • Log into Navigate with your student credentials. 
  • Click on Make an Appointment
  • Select Success Advocacy
  • Select the desired Service
  • Select the desire date, and click Find Available Time
    1. Select the time, appointment type, and location
    2. Click Schedule
      • You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
  • Tip: Please include the questions or concerns you wish to adress in the comments box, so that we can answer all your questions when we meet you!
