Student Success Planning is a guided, one-on-one process that helps you take ownership of your academic journey and make informed decisions — no matter where you are in your UM experience. Whether you're navigating a tough semester, thinking through your options, or trying to get back on track, a Success Advocate will work with you to build a plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and circumstances.
Student Success Planning may be right for you if: You're a first-year student adjusting to university life and want to start strong You're struggling academically and need help identifying what's getting in the way You want to recover your GPA and need a structured plan to get there You're close to graduation but facing obstacles to finishing strong You're not sure what you need — but you know something isn't working
