Faculty who have an "advisor" role in addition to "professor" will need to first click the downward arrow next to "Staff Home" on the home page, and change to their Professor Role. The video below picks up from there.
When setting up availability, users can add their Zoom link or phone number to their availability and it will send this information in the student's appointment confirmation email.
Users can find their designated personal availabilty link under the Available Times table on the My Availability tab beginning March 1, 2021. The image below shows the location of the link. This link is to your availability that you opt to include in the personal link when setting up your availability.
It's important for students scheduling appointments, that the times that show up in the scheduler are local time for where you are. When the appointment is scheduled, and an email confirmation is sent to the student, the time is in Eastern time zone based on the location of the Coral Gables campus.
