Because our research shows that First Year Directions is highly valuable for incoming students, those in the schools and colleges listed below will take FYD during their first semester on campus. After first-year registration closes, Transitional Guides will enroll incoming students* into an FYD section that best fits their schedule (using the section numbers provided). Students will receive an email to their UM address once enrollment is complete.
